1. Students will not personally meet with anyone they met online
2. Students will not share contact information with anyone they met online such as their address, telephone number or parents’ work address/telephone number
3. Students will not post photos any pictures that are considered inappropriate
4. Students will not give out their passwords to any online accounts to anyone other than their parents
5. Students will not post inappropriate photos of themselves or anyone
6. Students will not respond to rude and insulting e-mails or messages even if they’re from a friend (any form of message that is rude or insulting is a sign of you being the target of cyber-bullying)
7. Students will log out of any account created on a website (logging out prevents other people from stealing information and finding your location)
8. Students will not purchase any product from online ads (certain ads are created by individuals who will attempt to trick you into buying a product that is deemed free, but its a hoax for them to obtain your information)
9. Students will not download unfamiliar software or an email attachment from someone they don’t know without consent from parents/teachers (these downloads are likely to contain a virus that can be used to steal important information from your computer)
10. Students will not befriend people they don’t know
